DESIGN THINKING – YOUR NEXT COMPETITIVE EDGE
Workshop Date:
5 – 6 August 2020
Course Fees: RM 1,600/per person
Design Thinking stresses the importance of seeing from the perspectives of the customers, end users and/or stakeholders.
It first interprets and frames the problems they experience and then proceed to creative solution generation, getting buy-in plus support as well as piloting / prototyping.
The underlining purpose of Design Thinking is the assumption that we must think “outside ourselves.” Great ideas or solutions do not happen within the four walls of an office. It happens in the real world.
In increasingly volatile times, innovation and collaboration skills are becoming vital to businesses, and both principles are part and parcel of Design Thinking.
This hands-on workshop will lead the participants through the design thinking process, taught by a thinking professional with real life facilitation and experience.
